How do I change or cancel my order?
Our shipping and order confirmation is prompt so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible by emailing us at support@goyoungnow.com to make any changes to your order. We will do our utmost best to accommodate your request.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Generally yes, but due to the nature of some cosmetics this is not always possible. However if your item has arrived damaged or you have received the wrong item you may contact us at support@goyoungnow.com. For more detail on the returns process, please refer to the Returns policy section. Exchanges can be done as long as the order has not been shipped out. However please keep in mind, exchanges also depend on the inventory at that moment, so we cannot guarantee that the item you would like may be available at that point in time.
